Job summary
Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to be the strategic technical advisor for National Security customers, covering compute, storage, databases, ML/AI, serverless and more.
You will help craft strategies to drive adoption of AWS services and represent AWS in customer environments while engaging with senior leadership on incidents and risk management. You will provide guidance to plan and build solutions with best practices, travel up to 10% as needed, and help
Qualifications
- Current, active TS/SCI US Government Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics or equivalent, or 2+ years of technical work experience
- 2+ years of technical engineering experience
- Experience informational technology operations
Responsibilities
- Act as strategic technical advisor to National Security customers.
- Craft and execute strategies to drive adoption of AWS services.
- Represent AWS in customer environments and discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk management with senior leadership.
- Provide advocacy and guidance to plan and build solutions using best practices.
