The role requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance and 2+ years of technical engineering experience, with travel of 10% or more.

2+ years of technical engineering experience
Current, active US Government Security Clearance of TS/SCI with Polygraph

Responsibilities

Serve as the principal technical advisor for National Security customers, providing proactive guidance on AWS best practices across architecture, operations, and security
Craft and execute strategies to drive customer adoption and optimization of AWS services
Drive discussions with senior customer leadership regarding incidents, trade-offs, risk management, and operational health
Proactively monitor and maintain the operational health of customer AWS environments, identifying risks before they become issues
Build deep, trusted relationships with customer technical teams and leadership to understand their business needs and deliver tailored solutions
Advocate internally on behalf of customers, acting as the "voice of the customer" to AWS service and support teams
Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Support Engineers, and Service Teams to resolve complex technical challenges
