Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to support National Security customers with strategic technical guidance across Compute, Storage, Database, ML, Security and more. This role requires US citizenship with TS/SCI clearance and polygraph.

You will advocate best practices, help plan solutions, and coordinate with multiple teams to keep environments healthy and secure. You will be the voice of the customer, managing risk discussions with senior leaders, and

Qualifications

Current TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or 2+ years technical work experience.
5+ years communicating with executive audiences.
Experience with distributed systems and 24x7 operating environments.
Experience with AWS or other cloud offerings.

Responsibilities

Provide advocacy and strategic technical guidance to National Security customers.
Drive adoption of AWS services and discuss incidents, trade-offs, and risk with senior leadership.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer outcomes and successful architectures.
Travel up to 10% as needed.
