Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, public policy, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience supporting compliance, legal, contracts, or administrative operations.
• Familiarity with government contracting or regulatory compliance environments.
• Exposure to U.S. government regulatory frameworks such as FOCI mitigation, export controls (ITAR/EAR), or federal contracting compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track NDAs with employees, consultants, partners, and vendors.
• Support consultant and vendor intake processes, onboarding documents and due diligence coordination.
• Maintain organized contract files and compliance documentation.
• Assist in maintaining the company’s compliance calendar with regulatory filings, certifications, training, and reporting.
• Support FOCI compliance tracking and related documentation.
