Job summary

Astranis Space Technologies Corp. in San Francisco, CA, is seeking a Government Contracts Manager to lead USG contract administration and regulatory strategy. You will collaborate with the Legal team to ensure FAR compliance and prepare proposals, while engaging with NASA, DoD, and other civil space stakeholders.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A., J.D. is a plus but not required
• Working knowledge of civil space organizations and programs
• Working knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and USG contract structures
• Working knowledge of government regulatory structures for commercial space industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• U.S. Citizenship or Green Card Holder

Responsibilities

• Support Astranis's compliance activities with internal teams and external consultants
• Manage USG contract administration coordinating with Legal for FAR clauses and representations
• Monitor and engage with administrative proceedings across USG and national government agencies
• Execute policy and regulatory strategies in support of Astranis business priorities
