Job summary

SES seeks an NSA Compliance Officer to support the NSA Security Officer across legal, regulatory, IT and operations functions. You will collect information, process Team Telecom approvals, and maintain records and databases to sustain NSA compliance.

Collaborating with the VP, Legal & Regulatory Affairs and stakeholders company-wide, you will help implement a robust compliance framework, manage audits, and drive continuous improvement in security controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher degree required.
• 5-10 years experience in compliance, audit, or regulatory fields.
• Experience with national security or communications sector a plus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and manage NSA compliance tasks.
• Process and follow-up on Team Telecom approvals for equipment, services, personnel, and transactions.
• Prepare routine and non-routine filings and support data gathering for reports.
• Support Security Incident Reports and Law Enforcement requests.
• Prepare responses to information requests from Team Telecom.
• Assess compliance posture and enforce access controls through internal audits.
• Operate compliance framework and identify risk gaps with stakeholders.
• Manage internal and external audits.
• Drive stakeholder training.
• Track and archive all tasks, filings, and communications.
