Qualifications

• Prior experience in sales training is preferred.
• Prior management and leadership experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Excellent attention to detail is required.
• Strong organizational skills are important.

Responsibilities

• Learn to manage a group of sales training professionals, including mentoring and providing guidance and leadership.
• Work with upper management and leadership to create goals for the department and sales team.
• Ensure all team projects and goals are completed on time and on budget.
• Train, and support new members of the team, as needed.
