IQVIA LLC is seeking a Training Manager to develop and deliver comprehensive training for Sales Professionals nationwide. You will coach field-based teams, lead live and virtual sessions, and continuously improve programs using adult-learning principles.

You will collaborate with Sales Leadership to identify gaps, stay current on market trends, and travel 25-50% to coach and mentor across districts, ensuring on-time, on-budget training and measurable performance gains.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to travel 25-50%.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure all training deliverables are delivered on-time and on-budget in support of the sales team.
• Develop, approve, and deliver disease state, treatment, product and marketplace training, foundational and advanced sales skills training.
• Consult with Sales Leadership to identify appropriate training needs/gaps that will support goals.
• Monitor course evaluations and compliance to gather metrics for improvement.
• Field travel to coach individual sales representatives.
• Demonstrate selling skills regarding the client’s portfolio to address customer needs.
