Teacher Created Materials is seeking an experienced Sales Training Manager to lead development and readiness of newer Sales Consultants nationwide. You will blend field coaching with virtual sessions to boost product knowledge, selling skills, and disciplined habits, driving measurable productivity gains.

Reporting to the VP of Professional Learning, you’ll design coaching plans, track progress, and travel 50–75% to work alongside consultants in their regions, while aligning with sales

Qualifications

• Experience selling instructional resources to schools and districts.
• Ability to develop and coach sales consultants.
• Strong observation and feedback skills.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% nationally.

Responsabilités

• Own the development and sales-readiness progression of newer Sales Consultants, primarily within their first 0-2 years at TCM.
• Travel 50–75% nationwide to work alongside Sales Consultants and participate in customer-facing sales activity.
• Observe consultants in real-world selling situations and provide actionable coaching on prospecting, discovery, presentation, objections, and closing.
