Job summary

Sinclair is seeking a Regional National Sales Assistant in Cedar Rapids to support the national sales workflow. You will enter national advertiser orders, maintain accuracy, and troubleshoot order issues within the traffic system while coordinating with internal and external contacts to keep campaigns on track.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of administrative support experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task.
• Attention to detail with deadline-driven work.
• Independent work style as well as team collaboration.
• Adherence to SOPs and procedures.
• Excellent interpersonal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
• Experience in Broadcast sales or media environment is a plus.
• Customer-focused with positive demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Data entry of national sales orders from national advertisers.
• Daily entry of orders into traffic system with accuracy.
• Maintain and troubleshoot order issues and discrepancies.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts to ensure campaigns succeed.
• Develop understanding of National sales processes, systems, and SOPs.
• Prioritize workload with urgency and balance.
• Complete tasks within deadlines.
• Generate, manipulate, and maintain reports from internal systems and Excel.
• Daily use of Windows PC and Office suite.
