Job summary

Sinclair Broadcast Group in Cedar Rapids is seeking a Regional National Sales Assistant to support national sales activities. You will predominantly enter national sales orders, maintain reports, and coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure campaigns run smoothly.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of administrative support experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Follow organizational directives and standard operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Primary function is data entry of national sales orders from national advertisers.
• Daily entry of National Sales orders into the traffic system with accuracy and compliance to contracts, inventory, and scheduling constraints.
• Daily maintenance and research on national sales orders to troubleshoot issues and discrepancies.
• Regular communication with internal and external contacts to ensure campaign success.
• Develop understanding and adherence to the National sales process, systems, and SOPs.
• Prioritize and organize workload with urgency and balance to meet deadlines.
• Complete assigned tasks within the given deadline.
• Generate, manipulate, and maintain reports from internal systems and Excel.
• Daily use of Windows PC and Office programs (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
• Other duties as assigned
