Job summary

ATS Logistics is seeking a National Sales Representative to own results, build meaningful relationships, and proudly represent the ATS brand. You’ll help customers discover transportation solutions that truly make a difference, while managing a pipeline from outreach to close.

This role features an uncapped incentive plan and a base salary, with on-target earnings of $75,000 to $150,000+ for 2–3 years’ experience.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience
• Ability to build relationships and present solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable with outbound calls and customer meetings
• Proactive and organized with CRM discipline

Responsibilities

• Managing a pipeline of prospects from outreach to close
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal partners
• Conducting needs assessments and presenting tailored solutions
• Meeting revenue, activity, and performance goals
• Collaborating with marketing, product, and operations teams
• Maintaining clean CRM records and accurate forecasting
• Representing the ATS brand with professionalism and enthusiasm
