Job Overview

The Bob’s Squad National Sales Manager plays a vital role by creating an atmosphere that establishes, nourishes, and maintains Bob’s Culture, ensures a world-class virtual sales experience, and promotes the company's direction. The manager ensures that the Bob’s Squad Sales Call Center exceeds sales targets in alignment with the company's core values and vision, leading by example.

Primary Goal

The primary goal of the National Sales Manager is to execute virtual sales strategies and innovative approaches to drive national sales performance. The ideal candidate will have leadership, sales expertise, strategic thinking, and a focus on building a high-performing team adaptable to market changes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage, mentor, motivate, and develop direct and indirect reports.
  • Work with senior management to ensure staffing levels meet sales goals and company policies are followed.
  • Oversee employee discipline and relations in partnership with HR, Operations, and Loss Prevention.

We are open to this position being primarily remote.
