The Bob's Squad National Sales Manager plays a vital role by creating an atmosphere that establishes, nourishes, and maintains Bob's Culture, ensures a world-class virtual sales experience, and promotes the company's vision. The manager ensures that the Bob's Squad Sales Call Center performs beyond sales targets in a manner consistent with the company's core values and leads by example. The primary goal is to execute a virtual sales strategy and drive innovation to enhance national sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess leadership, sales acumen, strategic thinking, and a focus on fostering a high-performing team adaptable to market changes. They will actively engage, mentor, and motivate team members and identify professional development opportunities.
The manager will work with senior management to ensure adequate staffing, meet or exceed sales goals, and ensure adherence to company policies, overseeing employee discipline and relations in collaboration with HR, Operations, and Loss Prevention. This position can be primarily remote.

Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000 base salary + 20% bonus target
