The Bob's Squad National Sales Manager plays a vital role by creating an atmosphere that establishes, nourishes, and maintains Bob's Culture, ensures a world-class virtual sales experience, and promotes the company's direction. The manager ensures the Bob's Squad Sales Call Center performs beyond sales targets in alignment with the company's core values and vision, leading by example. The primary goal is to execute a virtual sales strategy and drive innovation to enhance national sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess leadership, sales acumen, strategic thinking, and a focus on fostering a high-performing team adaptable to market changes. The manager will actively engage, mentor, motivate, and identify professional development opportunities for direct and indirect reports.
The manager will work with senior management to ensure the sales channel is adequately staffed to meet or exceed sales goals, and will oversee employee discipline and relations in collaboration with HR, Operations, and Loss Prevention.

Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000 base salary + 20% bonus target
