The Bob's Squad National Sales Manager plays a vital role by creating an atmosphere that establishes, nourishes, and maintains Bob's Culture, ensures a world-class virtual sales experience, and promotes the company's direction. The manager ensures the Bob's Squad Sales Call Center exceeds sales targets in alignment with the company's core values and vision, leading by example. The primary goal is to execute a virtual sales strategy and drive innovation to enhance national sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess leadership, sales acumen, and strategic thinking skills, with a focus on fostering a high-performing team and adapting to market changes. The manager will actively engage, mentor, motivate, and identify professional development opportunities for reports.
The manager will collaborate with Senior Management to ensure the sales channel is adequately staffed, meets or exceeds sales goals, and adheres to company policies. They will oversee employee discipline and relations in partnership with HR, Operations, and Loss Prevention.
This position is primarily remote.

Compensation: $80,000 - $115,000 base salary + 20% bonus target
