The National Sales Director (NSD) is responsible for leading and providing strategic direction for Commercial Sales, including sales strategies, productivity, sales training and effectiveness, and ensuring achievement of performance targets and budgeted sales goals. The NSD manages the field sales force, overseeing Regional Sales Managers and their implementation of processes within local geographies, ensuring compliance and effectiveness. This role reports to the Vice President, Sales, and participates on the Commercial leadership team. It is a remote position from a home-based office.
