Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a National Sales Director, OBL within Shockwave Medical. This is a remote role available across the Continental United States, with listed cities serving as examples only. Candidates from any location are encouraged to apply.

Position Overview

The National Sales Director will lead and develop a national sales team focused on office-based procedures. Responsibilities include building the sales force, strategizing for revenue growth, and collaborating with Marketing, R&D, and regional sales leaders to drive product commercialization.

Essential Job Functions
  • Build and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize revenue and exceed goals
  • Develop and implement strategies for office-based procedures across the U.S.
  • Accurately forecast sales revenue on various timelines
  • Design and execute effective sales plans and strategies
  • Provide coaching and support to sales teams to meet and surpass sales objectives
  • Coordinate with marketing on go-to-market strategies and oversee their execution
  • Participate in sales meetings and quarterly reviews
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven success in leading sales within the medical device sector
  • At least 5 years managing and exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel over 50% as needed
Additional Information
  • Base salary: $225,000
  • Eligible for sales incentives, car allowance, and comprehensive benefits
