What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  1. Recruit, manage, and motivate a high-performing team of Territory Managers, Clinical Specialists, Technical Specialists, and Independent Contractors
  2. Create and implement business plans to achieve company sales goals
  3. Negotiate contracts and interface with C-suite hospital/system leadership regarding the value proposition of the Remed System
  4. Contribute to the strategic direction of the company by setting corporate goals and participating in cross-functional teams
  5. Conduct annual performance reviews with recommendations for compensation changes, promotions, and disciplinary actions as appropriate
What is Required (Qualifications):
  1. Bachelor's Degree required; advanced degree preferred
  2. Minimum of 10 years of sales experience, preferably with a medical device company
  3. At least 5 years of demonstrated success in leading and managing sales teams
  4. Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements associated with sales conduct
  5. Exceptional oral and written communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  1. Advanced degree in a related field
  2. Experience in the cardiopulmonary medical device sector
  3. Proven track record of successful strategic planning and implementation
  4. Familiarity with reimbursement processes related to medical devices
  5. Previous experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
