Job Description

We are seeking a National Sales Director, OBL within Shockwave Medical. This is a remote role available across the Continental US. Candidates from any location are encouraged to apply.

Position Overview

The National Sales Director will build and lead a national sales team focused on office-based procedures, collaborating with Marketing, R&D, and Area VPs to identify market needs and execute product commercialization strategies.

Essential Job Functions
  • Build and manage a team of sales representatives to maximize revenue and achieve sales goals.
  • Develop and implement office-based procedure strategies nationwide.
  • Accurately forecast sales revenue and develop effective sales plans.
  • Coach and support sales team members to meet and exceed objectives.
  • Coordinate with marketing on go-to-market strategies.
  • Participate in sales and management meetings and reviews.
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
  • Proven sales leadership in medical device markets.
  • 5+ years managing and exceeding sales quotas.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel over 50%.
Additional Information
  • Base salary: $225,000.
  • Eligible for sales incentives, car allowance, and benefits including health, retirement, and paid time off.
