Job Description

Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a National Sales Director, OBL within Shockwave Medical. This is a remote role available across all regions within the Continental United States. Candidates from any location are encouraged to apply.

Position Overview

The National Sales Director will build and develop a national sales team to deliver top performance in revenue and growth for office-based procedures. Responsible for managing the sales force and strategizing for success, working closely with Marketing, R&D, and Area VP of Sales to identify market needs and execute product commercialization.

Essential Job Functions
  • Build, oversee, and motivate a team of sales representatives to maximize revenue and exceed goals
  • Develop and implement office-based procedure strategies nationwide
  • Forecast sales accurately and develop effective sales plans
  • Provide coaching and support to sales teams
  • Manage sales activities and develop new strategies
  • Stay informed on industry and product knowledge and collaborate with marketing
  • Participate in meetings and reviews
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Proven sales leadership in medical device markets
  • 5+ years managing and leading sales teams
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to travel over 50%
