Job summary

Securitas Technology is expanding its National Retail Sales team and seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and expand key accounts from a home office location. The role emphasizes lead generation, relationship building, and solution-based selling across national and large regional accounts.

You will coordinate with specialists to design tailored security solutions and present compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience selling commercial electronic security solutions, preferably in Retail.
• Experience delivering consultative service solutions and meeting/exceeding high sales quotas.
• Proven cold calling, networking and lead generation success.
• Willingness to travel extensively in assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory using CRM tools; generate leads through cold calling, networking, and outreach.
• Develop and present tailored proposals; align solutions to client needs and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal specialists to design and deliver custom security solutions.
• Identify opportunities within core commercial market segments and pursue new logos.
• Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, and industry forums to build brand presence.
• Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings per week to foster relationships and growth.
• Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling to expand existing accounts and win new business.
