Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years in B2B sales with a consultative approach.
• Minimum 2 years exceeding high sales quotas in comparable markets.
• Proficient with Office Suite and CRM platforms; valid driver’s license.
• Travel across assigned geographic areas required.

Responsibilities

• Manage a defined territory using CRM tools, cold calling, networking, and negotiation.
• Develop and present tailored security solutions to prospective clients.
• Identify new business opportunities within the core commercial market.
• Conduct a minimum of 10 in-person client meetings weekly.
• Drive revenue growth through solution-based selling to new logo clients.
