Job summary

Spectrum Brands is seeking a District Sales Representative to service Home & Garden products at national big box accounts such as The Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Walmart. You will report to the Area Sales Manager within an established territory and help drive sales through strong store-level relationships and merchandising execution.

The role requires travel within the territory, weekend/evening availability, and a proven ability to meet sales goals while maintaining compliance with company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or additional training preferred.
• 1–2 years of sales/retail experience.
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel within territory and work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain store presentation standards and execute planograms and displays.
• Build relationships with store management and channel partners.
• Assist retail consumers with product selection and purchases.
• Place replenishment orders to increase volume and drive sales.
• Conduct pricing surveys and identify additional selling opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safe work practices.
