Spectrum Brands is seeking a District Sales Representative to service Home & Garden products at national big-box accounts such as The Home Depot, Lowe's and Walmart. You will report to the Area Sales Manager within an established territory, upholding account initiatives and driving Spectrum Brands sales through collaboration with store personnel and channel partners.

Responsibilities include managing merchandising, pricing surveys, replenishment, and opportunities for additional display space

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of sales/retail experience preferred.
• Leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Meet/exceed sales goals through store sets, resets and in-store merchandising.
• Build relationships with store management and channel partners to drive sales.
• Provide product knowledge training to store personnel to boost product adoption.
• Place replenishment orders to increase product volume and drive sales.
• Communicate store-level insights to identify opportunities and improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety and attendance.
