Job summary

Talantir is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Call Center Manager to lead an outbound lead generation team. This hands-on leadership role requires you to coach, develop, and personally contribute to production while elevating team performance in the commercial roofing space.

You will recruit, train, and scale the call center; manage CRM and dialer systems; and drive data-driven improvements through KPIs and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Strong background in commercial roofing (systems, terminology, decision-makers).
• Proven experience managing a call center or outbound sales team.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and develop high-performing callers.
• CRM administration and reporting experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach from calls—identify issues and deliver measurable coaching outcomes.
• Experience hiring, training, and scaling sales teams.
• Data-driven with strong competency in KPIs, dashboards, and performance management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; organized and results-oriented.
• Roofing/home improvement industry experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the call center / dial team: scheduling, coaching, tracking daily activity, and driving performance.
• Recruit, hire, and onboard call center representatives.
• Train team members on commercial roofing knowledge and objection handling.
• Monitor and review call recordings to improve performance.
• Develop, refine, and optimize call scripts.
• Personally make outbound calls and client follow-ups when required (hands-on leader who models behavior).
• Administer and optimize the CRM: data hygiene, lead routing, workflow automation, reporting, dashboards, and pipeline management.
• Use DialPad daily and optimize dialer settings for efficiency and compliance.
• Listen to recorded/live calls, score performance, and deliver corrective coaching with measurable improvement plans.
• Hire, onboard, and scale the sales team — manage recruiting and interviewing.
