BambooHR is seeking a Sr Manager, National Partnerships to build and scale broker relationships across national and regional firms. You will own broker programs, executive engagement, and joint planning with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive qualified pipeline and long-term revenue growth.

The ideal candidate has deep broker ecosystem experience, HCM domain knowledge, and strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

Qualificações

• Multiple years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or related roles.
• Deep understanding of broker ecosystems and how national/regional brokerages operate.
• Experience within HCM, HR tech, benefits, payroll, or SaaS.
• Proven success building partnerships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and scale BambooHR’s broker relationships with national and regional brokerage firms.
• Create joint business plans and scalable partner programs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to drive pipeline.
• Establish operating cadence and measure partner performance.
• Travel as needed to meet partners and industry events.
