Job summary

BambooHR is seeking a Sr Manager, National Partnerships to scale relationships with national and regional brokerage firms. This role focuses on turning broker relationships into high-performing revenue through executive engagement and scalable programs.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to generate pipeline, drive growth, and deliver value to BambooHR and its broker network. Strong communication and strategic thinking are essential.

Qualifications

• Multiple years of experience in strategic partnerships, channel sales, or alliance management.
• Experience within the broker ecosystem and how national/regional brokerages operate.
• Experience in HCM, HR tech, payroll, benefits in a SaaS context.

Responsibilities

• Lead broker partnership strategy with national and regional firms.
• Own portfolio of priority brokerage brands and expand revenue.
• Build relationships with brokerage executives and drive mutual growth.
• Create joint business plans aligning growth objectives and metrics.
• Develop scalable partner programs and playbooks for repeatable success.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing/Product to deliver a consistent broker experience.
