Job summary

Vero HR Ltd is partnering with a global aerospace client to recruit a Network Planning Manager. The role shapes and develops the planning function, acting as the bridge between Sales, Procurement, Operations, Inventory and Compliance to ensure readiness for current and future demand.

You will own network planning, forecasting, inventory strategy, capacity planning and performance measurement, translating forecasts into actionable plans and leading a small team across planning and operational

Qualifications

• Proven experience in network planning or a similar strategic planning role.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement network planning strategies to support growth objectives.
• Translate demand forecasts into operational plans, ensuring capacity aligns with requirements.
• Lead network modelling, optimisation, and scenario planning.
• Monitor global inbound/outbound volumes across locations.
• Drive inventory planning, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and metrics to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, Sales, Finance, IT and Compliance.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on planning accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage and develop a small team across planning and operations support.
