Amazon is seeking a seasoned NSE Manager to lead a global Network Support Engineering team, overseeing scheduling, development, and technical support. You will manage executive escalations, coordinate with product and engineering teams, and drive improvements in network performance and customer experience.

The role involves strategic planning, vendor partnerships, and guiding staff validating pre-release hardware and software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience communicating complex technical information to executives and non-technical leaders.
• 6+ years of network engineering experience, 2+ years people management experience.
• Advanced knowledge of wifi and networking protocols.

Responsabilités

• Oversee scheduling, development, and technical support by the NSE team.
• Manage executive, VIP, and fleet escalations and incidents with customer communications.
• Design metrics to evaluate and improve network engineering performance.
• Collaborate with vendor and internal managers to analyze customer trends and drive resolutions.
• Partner with product and engineering teams to advocate for customer experience.
• Lead strategic initiatives including long and short term business planning and reporting.
• Lead staff responsible for validating pre-release prototype hardware and software.
