Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Business Development Director for Molecular Imaging National Imaging Centers. You will shape growth strategy across national and regional imaging center organizations in the United States, developing executive-level relationships and expanding access to Molecular Imaging technologies.

You will collaborate with Molecular Imaging leadership, Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional partners to build account strategies, value propositions, and long-term partnerships

Qualifications

• Background in business development, strategic account management, sales, or commercial leadership within healthcare or medical imaging.
• Strong understanding of the Molecular Imaging and outpatient diagnostic imaging market.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with executive, clinical, and operational stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PET/CT, SPECT/CT, Nuclear Medicine, Oncology, Theranostics, Neurology, and/or Cardiology.
• Ability to translate customer needs into measurable business growth.
• Analytical skills for market intelligence, segmentation, pipeline development, and decision-making.
• Understanding financial considerations of complex commercial offerings, including revenue and margins.
• Effective communication with customers, senior leadership, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience managing multiple complex initiatives across a national geography.
• Willingness to travel ~50% across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Molecular Imaging National Imaging Center strategy across national and regional imaging organizations.
• Accelerate growth via strategic account segmentation and market development initiatives.
• Partner with leadership and Marketing to implement a National Imaging Center business plan.
• Build relationships with executive decision-makers, clinical leaders, and key stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand Molecular Imaging utilization across PET/CT, SPECT/CT, Oncology, and related fields.
• Align customer strategies with clinical, operational, and financial priorities.
• Collaborate with field sales and account teams on proposals, configurations, and value-added solutions.
• Drive market development for emerging Molecular Imaging technologies and tracers.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer activity affecting Molecular Imaging.
• Track metrics like market share, revenue, pipeline, volume, and profitability.
• Coordinate resources across Sales, Marketing, Service, Finance, Operations, and Leadership.
• Support strategic customers through the project lifecycle and serve as escalation contact.
