GE HealthCare is seeking a Modality Manager MI (Molecular Imaging) to define and execute the modality strategy across PET-CT, Nuc Med and Radiopharmacy, driving growth in market share, orders and revenues with a focus on pricing and profitability at the local level.

The role leads a team of Modality Sales specialists, coordinates with international teams, and ensures quality, EHS compliance and strong customer satisfaction across the field.

Formación

• Extensive experience in a sales/marketing position in Medtech.
• Mandatory experience selling Nuclear Medicine and/or Molecular Imaging.
• Strong strategic selling and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategy to meet targets for orders, revenues and margin.
• Coordinate at LCT level to ensure aligned forecast and execution.
• Define local modality portfolio strategy including pricing, positioning and configuration.
• Lead cross-functional teams to orchestrate deals and long-term plans.
• Coach and develop sales specialists; ensure competencies through trainings.
• Communicate market information to the field and international teams.
