Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or related field.
• Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
• Experience with SAP ERP and analytical tools (Power BI).
• 15+ years in supply chain management, operations, or production management.
• Experience in medical devices or regulated manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a global supply chain strategy for Molecular Imaging.
• Own key supply chain KPIs including costs, on-time delivery and inventory turns.
• Align demand, production, supply and inventory strategies.
• Collaborate with R&D, Service, Sales and Finance on supply changes.
• Drive process optimization, localization, Kaizen, automation and digitalization.
• Lead production stand-ups, reporting, and capacity planning.
• Develop robust supplier partnerships and business continuity plans.
