Job summary

TK Elevator is seeking an experienced National Accounts Project Manager for Modernization in Atlanta, GA. You will oversee nationwide modernization programs executed across branches, ensuring profitability, schedule adherence, and strong customer communications.

Responsibilities include governance, pricing discipline, and risk management, with travel up to 20% as projects span multiple regions. A strong background in project management and financial control is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of elevator project management experience and previous managerial experience.
• Thorough knowledge of elevator equipment and installation methods, and ability to lead installation crews.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
• Overnight and extended travel around 20% is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project oversight for modernization projects sold nationally but executed across multiple branches.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for modernization performance across all Major Mod projects.
• Negotiate, maintain, and govern national modernization agreements, supporting branches and local modernization sales teams.
• Establish standardized project delivery expectations for scope, schedules, documentation, communication cadence, and escalation protocols across all participating branches.
• Partner with branch operations, modernization managers, and field project managers to ensure field execution aligns with national commitments and customer expectations.
• Maintain real-time visibility into milestones, risks, delays, and budget impacts; intervene to course-correct as needed.
