The ideal candidate will supervise employees, plan modernization jobs, ensure safety adherence, and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors. Responsibilities also include managing project progress and resolving any issues that arise during operations.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory Motor Vehicles Report.
• Two years’ experience managing a branch departmental level or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret diverse technical instructions.

Responsibilities

• Supervises modernization superintendents and employees.
• Plans and directs elevator modernization jobs.
• Mediates and resolves customer complaints.

Skills

Thorough knowledge of the elevator industry
