TK Elevator is seeking an Area Operations Director- Modernization for the Mid-Atlantic region. You will drive modernization initiatives from booking to turnover and oversee branch teams to ensure projects meet profitability targets.

The role requires strong leadership, change management, and the ability to coordinate with sales and operations to deliver best-in-class performance. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree and relevant management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to write reports, proposals and business correspondence.
• Ability to present information to management and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Drive modernization within the Mid-Atlantic region to exceed budget growth and profits.
• Lead branch modernization teams and coordinate with factory leaders.
• Manage P&L and drive profitability of modernization projects.
• Support sales and operations with SME knowledge of tools, processes and product.
