TK Elevator seeks an experienced Area Operations Director- Modernization for the Mid-Atlantic region. You will direct modernization initiatives, drive safety culture, and oversee projects from booking to turnover, ensuring profitability and growth.

The role requires leadership across branches, collaboration with sales teams, and strong financial oversight of modernization programs in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience.
• Ability to write reports, proposals and business correspondence.
• Ability to effectively present information to management and customers.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
• Ability to interpret extensive technical instructions and complex variables.
