Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of elevator project management experience and previous managerial experience.
• Thorough knowledge of elevator equipment and installation methods; ability to lead installation crews.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end project oversight for modernization work sold nationally but executed across multiple branches.
• Serve as the single point of accountability for modernization performance across all Major Mod projects.
• Negotiate, maintain, and govern national modernization agreements with branches and sales teams.
• Establish standardized delivery expectations for scope, schedules, and documentation across branches.
• Translate status and risk into executive-ready updates for customers and leadership.
