Job summary

Sazerac Company is seeking Chains Market Development Representatives to grow our U.S. Market Development team in major chain accounts. You will execute merchandising programs, manage displays, and identify upsell opportunities to drive sales growth.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor Degree or equivalent, 1 year of relevant sales experience, a valid driver's license, and willingness to work early morning shifts across multiple accounts in California.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1 year of relevant sales experience or sales internship for new grads.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to drive between multiple accounts daily.
• Ability to work early morning hours (e.g., 6 AM - 2 PM) to align with retailer schedules.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and display programs in high-volume, national off-premise accounts.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain shelf standards.
• Develop relationships with retailer contacts to ensure brand visibility and incremental display space.
• Collaborate with distributor reps to drive national programs and promotions.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure promotional execution aligns with company goals.
• Identify upsell opportunities to increase product penetration.
