Sazerac Company is expanding its U.S. Market Development team with Chains Market Development Representatives. The role focuses on executing merchandising programs, managing displays, ensuring product availability, and identifying upsell opportunities to drive sales growth.

You will operate in a fast-paced retail environment, building relationships across multiple accounts. The position requires a bachelor degree or equivalent, at least 1 year of relevant experience, a valid driver’s license, and

Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
Experience with major national retailers preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Willingness to drive between multiple accounts daily.
Ability to work early morning shifts to align with retailer schedules.

Responsibilities

Execute merchandising and display programs in high-volume national accounts.
Ensure planogram compliance and shelf standards; fix inventory issues.
Develop relationships with retailer contacts to maintain brand visibility.
Collaborate with distributors to drive national program execution and promotions.
Conduct regular store visits to ensure promotional and merchandising execution.
Identify upsell opportunities to increase product penetration.
Communicate feedback on competitor activity and market trends.
