Job summary

Sazerac is expanding its U.S. Market Development team with Chains Market Development Representatives. You will execute merchandising programs and manage displays in major chain accounts, driving incremental sales. The role emphasizes planogram compliance and strong retailer relationships.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree, at least one year in sales, and a willingness to travel daily across accounts. This is a fast-paced, retail-focused position within a growing, award-winning company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience or a sales internship for new grads.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to drive between multiple accounts daily and work early hours.
• Experience with major national retailers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising and display programs in high-volume national accounts.
• Ensure planogram compliance and shelf standards.
• Develop and maintain relationships with retailer contacts for brand visibility.
• Collaborate with distributor reps to drive national programs.
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure promotions and merchandising.
• Identify upsell opportunities to increase product penetration.
• Address inventory issues, stockouts, and retailer concerns promptly.
• Provide insights on competitive activity and customer trends.
