Leica Biosystems, part of the Danaher family, seeks a National Sales Director, Life Sciences, to accelerate revenue growth and expand market presence across the U.S. You will lead a high-performing sales force targeting academic, biotech, pharmaceutical, and translational research markets.

Collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, Commercial Operations, Applications, and Service to optimize investments, forecast rigor, and performance management while building a culture of accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 14+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in life sciences or related markets.
• Proven track record leading teams with revenue growth and market expansion.
• Experience building and coaching high-performing commercial teams across geographies.

Responsabilités

• Lead a national Life Sciences Sales team to drive revenue growth and market share in the United States.
• Develop and execute national commercial strategies across academic research, biotech, pharma, and translational markets.
• Drive opportunity creation, key account penetration, and portfolio expansion; design compensation plans and territory models.
• Partner with Marketing, Product Management, Operations, and Service to align investments and accelerate performance.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top commercial talent and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
