Leica Biosystems, part of Danaher, is seeking a National Sales Director, Life Sciences to lead a national team and accelerate revenue growth across the United States. This role requires building strategic plans, expanding market share, and driving commercial excellence in academic, biotech, pharma, and translational markets.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Product Management, and Service teams, recruit and mentor top talent, and travel up to 60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 14+ years of progressive commercial leadership experience in life sciences.
• Proven track record of revenue growth, market share expansion, and commercial objectives.
• Experience leading sales organizations across multiple geographies.
• Experience selling capital equipment, consumables, software, or complex solutions.
• Strong leadership in coaching and talent development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a national Life Sciences Sales team to drive revenue growth.
• Develop and execute national commercial strategies across academic and biopharma markets.
• Drive opportunity creation, account penetration, and competitive displacement.
• Design compensation plans, territory models, and operating mechanisms.
