The VET Recruiter is conducting a confidential search for a Vice President of Veterinary Practice Relationships. This 100% remote role builds and leads a national relationship-development function with owners of larger independent veterinary practices.

Qualifications

• Proven track record developing relationships with veterinary practice owners.
• Experience in Animal Health or veterinary industry networks.
• Strong consultative sales and business-development skills.

Responsibilities

• Leverage your veterinary industry network to identify and develop relationships with owners of larger independent veterinary practices.
• Build new relationships with veterinary practice owners nationally.
• Develop scalable, repeatable strategies for reaching practice owners beyond your current network.
• Cultivate referral relationships with veterinary industry professionals who interact with practice owners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to transition qualified opportunities while staying involved in the relationship.
• Attend select veterinary industry conferences, meetings, dinners, and networking events.
• Create creative approaches for grouping practice owners and building long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate relationship and pipeline information in the CRM.
