Job summary

MCR Safety, a Bunzl company, is hiring a National Account Manager to develop growth strategies and engage with a National Account Customer to grow sales. Ideal candidate located in Alabama or Ohio with 60% travel.

Responsibilities include building a business strategy, engaging stakeholders, and coordinating with internal teams to drive revenue and brand presence across distribution channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably PPE industry.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to profitability growth.
• Experience in Sales Management or General Management desired.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Develop business strategy to gain wallet share from the National Distributor.
• Engage with key stakeholders in the National Distributor to broaden relationships.
• Collaborate with product management to build product strategy.
• Perform MCR 360 assessments and Joint Sales calls.
• Maintain opportunities and lead information in CRM.
• Update sales strategies from internal reports and customer data.
• Coordinate with departments for proper handling of accounts.
