Job summary

MCR Safety Group, a Bunzl company, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Retail Channel. The role focuses on achieving revenue goals, strengthening distributor and end-user relationships, and expanding MCR Safety Group’s presence across assigned retail, distributor, dealer, and cooperative accounts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; in business, marketing, sales, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales quotas and revenue goals.
• Develop and execute territory business plans to grow sales and market share.
• Manage and grow relationships with distributors, dealers, buying groups, and end-user customers.
• Conduct regular field sales calls with distributor teams and retail partners.
• Identify and close new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
