Zusammenfassung

MCR Safety Group, a division of Bunzl, is seeking a Customer Account Coordinator for our Collierville, TN headquarters. This onsite role focuses on customer service activities and sales support, handling orders, inquiries, and cross-functional coordination with the Sales team to meet customer needs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of B2B account management, strong data entry and MS Office skills, and experience with SAP ERP and EDI order entries.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years of B2B account management or related experience.
• Previous customer service experience required.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems highly preferred.
• Experience with EDI order entries preferred.
• Data entry proficiency and MS Office proficiency (Excel/Word/Outlook).

Aufgaben

• Process customer purchase orders/inquiries via our on-line system.
• Provide product price and availability; cross reference for competitor lines.
• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls and inquiries.
• Identify opportunities to up-sell additional products.
• Expedite/backorder reporting and open order reporting.
• Coordinate between customers and Sales to meet needs via email and phone.
• Build relationships with customer accounts through clear communication.
• Facilitate shipping schedules, material requirements, and order changes.
