Qualifications

• Experience leading large deal pursuit teams.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage top-tier enterprise sales cycles with major P&C carriers.
• Coach and mentor Sales Directors on pipeline creation and opportunity management.
• Develop and execute strategies to secure new accounts and expand existing ones.
• Deliver compelling proposals and articulate value propositions to C-level stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce data and forecast bookings.
