Job summary

The successful candidate will drive account strategies, build new relationships, manage multi-year quotas, and travel as needed to win opportunities with enterprise clients in the US.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise SaaS sales in the P&C insurance industry.
• Deep understanding of P&C insurance challenges and opportunities.
• Experience with annual/quarterly targets and quotas.
• Experience with technology services consulting.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to engage at the Board level and with C-Suite.
• Willingness to travel and lead teams.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts across the P&C insurance carrier market for our software solutions.
• Develop and deploy strategies to secure new accounts and expand existing ones.
• Guide complex pursuits with account teams to meet growth targets.
• Build and leverage a broad executive network to create opportunities.
• Drive end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to close for large, modernization projects.
• Meet or exceed annual sales targets and manage territory performance.
• Coordinate with pre-sales and client-relations teams to maintain a robust pipeline.
• Lead and mentor junior sales staff in enterprise sales best practices.
