Duck Creek Technologies LLC. is seeking a Director of Sales (Insurtech) to drive strategic engagements with major P&C carriers across the U.S. You will lead deal pursuit, mentor Sales Directors, and shape the go-to-market for Duck Creek’s insurance solutions.

The role requires deep insurance industry knowledge, a proven track record with large accounts, and the ability to forecast bookings while guiding a team through complex sales cycles.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree preferred or equivalent practical experience in a similar function or role.
• Extensive business experience in large enterprise sales and complex software/IT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Engage with major P&C carriers and manage all sales cycle aspects.
• Mentor Sales Directors and lead a team to win new top-tier business.
• Develop and execute prospecting strategies to identify, qualify, pursue and close new business.
